Ginger and Cannonball’s Pups at Four Weeks

It is fun to see them so active. One of the females will come home to us in four weeks!

Row with Jeff

Jeff Chiparo, my coach from the University of Charleston back in 1984-88, joined me on the water today in his single. You might see him in some of the video. The Women’s 8+ from the UC was also out on the water. Lots of debris from a lock flush – yuck.

1 Ride, 2 Rows

Metric Century Plus

I started today with a little boat and bike maintenance. I finished reinstalling the NK Stroke Coach mount and wiring harness and then turned to my Redline Ti Conquest cyclocross bike. It got a new rear tire and tube, cleaned, swapped out plastic bottle cages for stainless steel, and new brake pads.

Once the bike was adjusted and ready, I went for a nice, long ride.

Two recent rides

It has been too windy to get out for a row, so riding it is.
